Free swimming fun guaranteed at our city's free public beaches

At Vassacher See, Silbersee and Ossiacher See, visitors have been able to enjoy Villach's beaches free of charge for many years. Swimming in the romantically situated Vassacher See has a long tradition in Villach. The small but beautiful naturebeach has a slide for children. The bikebeach on Ossiacher See is very family-friendly and well-maintained. Children in particular enjoy the free access to the lake. If you don't come to Ossiacher See by bike already, you can park your car south of the road for a fee of 3.00 euros per day. At the Silbersee, our actionbeach, citizens of all ages can enjoy a free swim. The Drau cycle path also leads alongside the shore. And the relaxbeach (the former Zellstoffbad) on Lake Magdalenen is also free to use all year round. The panoramabeach Faaker See and the sunsetbeach in Egg offer perfect infrastructure and bathing fun for children alike, and the panoramabeach Faaker See even offers free entrance. The Annenheim campsite on Ossiacher See is a modern and well-equipped facility.
